I'm all about using that imagination! T needed to put up a tent for Webelos anyway, so why not camp in your backyard? We are even going to let them sleep in the tent tonight, so I've officially become "cool" in their eyes.... Well for a few minutes at least.

Growing up I had a huge backyard and my parents let us camp out often. To this day I still find them to be very cool.
I used to do that as a kid for my sleepovers! it is lots of fun! Now all you have to do is get a trampoline and let them camp on that! That is really fun!
My kids were jealous! They were looking over the fence asking if we could put our tent up too. I'm totally with Elise on trampoline camping. We used to do that all during the summer as kids!
I'll bet your kids think your double cool from yesterday...picnic at the park and camping in the back yard.
So today I am wondering if they made it all night in the tent? Or did they come inside in the middle of the night? Yesterday was great lets do that again soon!
We always camped out in Idaho...but it was so cold we came in the house at 2 or 3 in the morning. That's what you get when you living in freezing temps. Did your kids make it all night? Jayden now has seen the pics and wants to do the same thing (too bad I'm not as cool as you cuz there's no way he's sleeping outside).
