Flapping

Mornings at our house are quite chaotic! For breakfast most mornings we all have protein shakes. I was shaking one up in the can for A.

A: "Hey, Mom, do you have arm muscles?"
M: "Yes, why?"
A: "Because when you were shaking those cans your arms were flapping all over the place!"

Anyone want another daughter...for sale....cheap!

Just kidding. I did try to do some push ups that night. I think I made it to ten. If my life ever depended on my arm strength, I would be in serious trouble!

Funny! I have a FAT baby you can lift if you want to try to tone up the easy way. I think once he's walking I'm gonna be flapping BIG TIME!

I must have those same arm muscles. M's Grandma calls them the wobbles. . .

I would recommend twins. It really helps build the "guns"!!

Of course, when you're hitting the upper 30's, I don't know if much can be done :)

OK, now your comment from last night makes more sense! That is funny! We call those Relief Society arms around our house.

I'm with Melissa ... I've always known them as RS arms, too (of which I am a not-so-proud owner)!!! Absolutely hilarious :)

Stephanie - I think your blog is pretty funny! I am new to the blogging world and wondered who "Andrea Matrix" was. Now I know! I would like to invite you to my blog, but don't have your email address. Mine is mshard@qwest.net

HA! I love to read your blog Stephanie! You certainly have a way with words. Abby is one funny little girl. Alex asked me the other day if I wanted to go for a walk to try to get rid of my big booty! Ah, children some times make us feel so wonderful about ourselves, don't they.

I just love kids! They tell us the truth, see us at our worst, but still love us!
