A has been begging me for weeks to cut her hair short. She heard about the "Locks For Love" program where they give wigs to children who have lost their hair due to cancer treatments or other illnesses. She got her hair cut Saturday. I can't tell you how much I love it! A big thanks to Sara who gave her a free cut because she thought it was awesome that A was going to donate her hair...

What a very sweet girl you have! I think she looks great with short hair too!
YEAH for A!!! She looks ADORAbLE!! I, TOO, am donating my hair! I am growing it out until I absolutely HATE it and then I'll chop however much I have. Right now I have about 10-11 inches!! I am excited!!
Her hair is adorable! I know so many people who have grown their hair out specifically to donate and I think it is amazing!!! What a wonderful lesson in service to others :)
i didn't know she did it for lock of love!!!!!!!!!! that makes it SO SO SO MUCH CUTER!!!! What a compassionate gesture.
Good for A! That's awesome and to show so much charity at a young age. I love her hair cut and think it's so cute.
And I loved your mothers day poem, I'm gonna have to copy that and use it for next year.
I think her hair looks great!!! I did not realize it was that long.
So cute! I can't wait to see her new 'do in person! I've only seen her have super long hair!
