Learning Experiences

I was asked to help my friend do a wedding a few weekends ago. I must say, being a second shooter is MUCH more relaxing than being the main photographer. I really enjoyed myself and didn't really stress about anything at all. I decided to try shooting the entire night without my flash, just to see if I could do it. I was so proud of myself until I got home and uploaded the pictures. They were a little grainier, and not as mysteriously exciting as I thought. Here's the lesson learned....

It's great to be "artistic", but when it's someone's wedding, it's probably smarter to stick with the basics. That being said, I did really like this one.
