So I went to the grocery store and put two loaves of bread in my cart. Much to my surprise when I got home they loaves had disappeared. After reflection and thought I remembered that I put them on the little conveyor thingy first thing as I was checking out AND that they didn't have any of those stick dividers. I am guessing that much to the surprise of the person in front of me, they ended up with two loaves of bread. AND even better, that they paid for them.
Today was our 4th snow day since moving to Bolton. I decided to make bread...since I am out. Let's just say that in the past I have claimed to be the "Queen of Un-Leavened Bread."
Here is the proof.
Those are supposed to be full sized loaves....
And YES that is Rhodes....how do you do that to Rhodes?!
Only the Queen knows.

I have to say, I used to wear the deflated bread crown, but I have found an AMAZINGLY easy bread recipe that even I can't mess up! I've been told it's not the best flavor (although, honestly, I think it's pretty good), but you can make 4 loaves from start to finish in 1 hour (if you have a powerful enough mixer, like a bosch, to make it, otherwise half it and make 2 loaves in an hour!). Here'a link to the recipe if you want to try it. http://pl1stwardcookbook.blogspot.com/2009/04/pantry-secrets-homemade-bread-recipe.html
That museum looks like so much fun. I heard the childrens museum is really cool and the aquarium. so fun.
If you go to the South End of Boston you MUST go to Mikes Pastery. BEST Italian pasteries. I love the Lobster tail! Yummy!
