Trudged through the snow so that our darling birds wouldn't starve in this frigid weather. My boots have about 2 inch rubber soles AND I am not on the ground. Not sure how much snow I'm standing on, but as you can see that snow is deep!
Can you see how well the "squirrel proof" feeders are doing their job?!
Lucky for them they are so cute...as long as they stay OUTSIDE.
We woke up Sunday to a very icy driveway. Literally 4 inches thick of pure ice. As we started down the driveway, the van just sort of slid into the snowbank.
So instead of continuing on to church, we dug ourselves out. Got some sand, and spread it all the way up the driveway.
Took about an hour, but it was kind of fun.
