Abby was in the 6th grade choir. (Top row, left side...They were spectacular! I do have to add how hilarious it is that she is the same age as those squatty boys in the very front row. I was completely surprised to find that Abby sings alto. That's not the part I hear when she sings around the house. Her teacher says having Abby in the choir is like having a second piano. She keeps her section on key. We are getting ready for school musical tryouts in a few weeks. They are doing OZ! Should be fun!!!!
We were completely entertained at the Nashoba High Christmas concert. They sounded better than anything I heard on the radio through the month of December, and I had the Christmas station on the entire month. Trev is on the right side, in the back...with a trombone.. ;) When the played "Sleigh Ride" it was an absolute treat. They have such a great music program, it just blows me away! He was supposed to go on a field trip to the Boston Pops, but ended up coming home sick two hours before the bus left. Bummer! I tried to sneak on the bus, but apparently I'm too old to pass for a high school-er. OK...I really didn't, but I thought about it!
